From sales to completion, the professional employees at Comfort Control are professional people doing professional work. The installation crew arrived at the promised time. It was raining and they were very careful about not tracking mud in the house. At completion, they thoroughly removed all packaging materials and patiently reviewed the features and operation of the mini-split unit. I am very pleased

Great service! Jeff came out to assess the problem with our sump pump. We thought the pump was installed by Wellington Comfort a couple years ago, but only the backup pump was installed. Jeff has always been very friendly & has explained everything so we understand necessary repairs. We were grateful that he personally came out to assess our problem. Then he made sure that the defective pump was ordered immediately and he sent out the technician, John, who was friendly and efficiently to replace the pump. I am very pleased with the service.

Mark did a great job explaining things about our geo system. Our system was having an issue prior to the service call and after we turned it off/on the issue was fixed. We still had Comfort Control come out to check things out. Thank you for your quick response.
