Planned Maintenance
Comfort Control offers our Comfort Club: planned maintenance packages for all of our residential customers. One of our NATE-certified service technicians will come to your home once each spring and fall to make sure your equipment is checked and ready to go for the upcoming heating or cooling seasons. Each system is cleaned, tested, and reviewed using a standard checklist to make sure it is performing as it should.
With our planned maintenance package, you can rest assured that the first call for heating or cooling won’t leave you stuck with a large service bill. Regularly serviced equipment typically lasts longer as well, and all of our planned maintenance customers receive a 10% discount on replacement parts and filters throughout the year.
