We have solid working relationships with a number of commercial equipment manufacturers and a 2,000 square-foot full-service sheet-metal shop with the ability to customize installations to job conditions. We work with our customers and local jurisdictions to ensure the necessary permits are in place prior to beginning a job.
NATE-Certified service technicians are on-call at night and on weekends and are accessible by a toll-free number in the event of an emergency after business hours.
Plumbing
Comfort Control and Christensen PHE have been providing commercial plumbing services for our customers since 2007. We are experienced in new build, tenant build-out, retrofit and replacement applications including but not limited to:
- Underground Sanitary and Grease Piping
- Domestic Cold and Hot Water
- Natural Gas Supply Piping
- Drain, Waste and Vent Piping
- Fixture and Equipment Selection and Installation
- Backflow Prevention
- Roof Drains and Storm Piping

Engineering
With a registered professional engineer on staff, Comfort Control has the unique ability as a mechanical contractor to not only install but design, stamp, and submit construction drawings for permit. We work with our clients to custom engineer solutions that meet the particular circumstances associated with each job. Services we provide for our customers include conceptual design, equipment selection, project specifications, submittal preparation, and design review.
Additionally, Comfort Control can provide design, drafting, oversight, calculation, and engineering services on a variety of HVAC and plumbing related projects. We have professional drafting capabilities and can provide customers with electronic AutoCAD and D-Size paper drawings upon request.
Design/Build
Comfort Control has years of experience designing Commercial HVAC and plumbing solutions that meet our customers’ needs. We have experience working with many local and national architects, engineers, and general contractors to provide our customers with the HVAC and plumbing installations they deserve for their investment. Due to our vast industry experience, we are comfortable installing equipment and fixtures requested by our customers or specified by an engineer. We can also make recommendations based on the wants and needs of the end user.
When necessary, a full building load calculation is performed to ensure the recommended equipment matches the application for capacity, efficiency and budget.
Planned Maintenance
Comfort Control offers planned maintenance packages for all of our commercial customers. One of our NATE-certified service technicians will come to your place of business once each spring and fall to make sure your equipment is checked and ready to go for the upcoming heating or cooling season. Each system is cleaned, tested, and reviewed using a standard checklist to make sure it is performing as it should.
With our planned maintenance package, you can rest assured that the first call for heating or cooling won’t leave you stuck with a large service bill. Regularly serviced equipment typically lasts longer as well, and all of our planned maintenance customers receive a 10% discount on replacement parts and filters throughout the year.
